TMI Book Tag

Hello, beautiful! Today, I decided on doing a book tag!

I have been reading a lot more than usual lately, so I just decided to put it in use. I hope you enjoy!

  • What fictional character has the best style?

Samantha from Before I Fall  for sure!

before I fall

  • Your book girlfriend/boyfriend/ fictional crush?

I HAVE TOO MANY! I want Levi from Fangirl and Park from Eleanor and Park, but also Will Grayson #1 from Will Grayson, Will Grayson, and not to forget Miles from Looking for Alaska. And the more I read, I’ll gain more, so for now, these are my top 4.

  • Ever loved a character but then started hating them?

Not really. I don’t think that ever happened to me.

  • Biggest/longest book on your shelf?

The longest book on my shelf is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

  • Heaviest book on your shelf?

My hard back copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

  • Do you have any book posters?

I don’t, but I ordered some from DFTBA that are coming in in a couple days.

  • Do you have any book themed jewellery?

I have a The fault in Our Stars ring.

  • Book One True Pairing (OTP)?

Alaska and Miles from Looking for Alaska! I love the two, even though what happens! I’m not saying that the two ended up together, so you have to read it yourself.

The ending was so sad, that I had to take a break from reading it (you would know if you follow me on twitter). YOU NEED TO READ THIS!

  • Favourite book series?

Harry Potter DUH!

  • Favourite book-to-movie soundtrack?

Harry Potter! Harry Potter is just the answer to life.

  • A book story you miss / wish would continue?

Guess what I’m gonna choose… Harry Potter… I’m sorry, I’ll shut up about that now.

But I also want Looking for Alaska to continue, but not to forget Before I Fall.

  • Favourite stand-alone?

If you’ve read my blog for a while you know that I adore Lauren Oliver’s Before I Fall,  but I can’t not mention Looking for Alaska by John Green. (I know I’m using these two books a lot for my answers. I also love The Girl on the Train.

You can read my favourite books posts to know what sold me about them. I also have some updated favourites on there.

  • Since when do you read books?

I’m pretty sure I was reading when I was in first grade, but if you’re saying like book obsessed then since around 2013.

  • Which Hogwarts house are you in?

Pottermore sorted me in Ravenclaw, and I kind of agree with it…

  • Quality you look for in a book?

A good plot twist, character development, and a good ending; not to mention a good and clear style of writing.

  • Favourite book quote?

Y’all smoke to enjoy; I smoke to die,’ said by Alaska from Looking for Alaska.

But I have to include ‘I feel like crying is almost -like aside from deaths of relatives or whatever- totally avoidable if you follow two very simple rules: 1. Don’t care too much 2. Shut up.’ said by Will Grayson from Will Grayson, Will Grayson.

And not to mention ‘He’s mad at me. Why? Because I’m not like him from Eleanor and Park.

  • Favourite authors?

J. K. Rowling, E.C Myers, Lauren Oliver, John Green, Gayle Forman, Rainbow Rowell, and a lot more.

  • Favourite book cover?

These are some of my favourites

  • Action or Romance?

Both! Every good book needs both.

  • Where do you go when a sad moment happens?

I just go to this big ass chair in my living room and look out the window -the view is just the house in front of us, nothing special.

  • How long do you need to finish a book?

It depends on the book. It can take a day or two weeks.

  • How long is your mourning period?

It depends on the book. It can vary from an hour to a week.

  • Least favorite book?

I’m sorry, but I have to say The Shock of the Fall. Its wasn’t that bad, but not the best.

  • Turn-on in a character?

Open-mindedness

  • Turn-off in a character?

plain old stupidity.

I hope you enjoyed this little book tag. I hope to do more in the future!
